Hi, My name is Rebecca Roberts and I work with women to bring out their inner fierce queens. My journey has definately been bumpy and I hope to share my story to help other women see that they are not alone and that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I know it’s cliché to say but if I can do it, so can you.

I’ve been to rock bottom more times than I’d like to admit…….and have rebuilt my life each and every time.

So who is Rebecca Roberts?

I am a single mum of 4 children, who for the last 20 odd years has been in and out of abusive and toxic relationships. The biggest toxic relationship I had was with myself!

I had lost who I was and let other people dictate how I felt about and treated myself. I was introduced to an amazing woman who was the catalyst to my healing and self discovery journey. I am grateful to call her a friend today.

So what is Empowerment Coaching??

An empowerment coach focuses on helping clients identify their limiting beliefs and preconceived notions, which may be stopping them from achieving goals. These coaches encourage clients to examine old wounds, talk about them, and eliminate the emotional baggage. They also prompt clients to adopt an optimistic lifestyle, which eventually helps clients feel positive and confident, recognize their self-worth, and sometimes connect with their spiritual selves. Empowerment coaches encourage clients to speak freely, helping them outline goals and address potential or existing issues.
